Ok ladies, firstly, Chevy has more power for those long hauls so a Chevy will beast up a long hill and or steep hill where as ford they haven't really made a very good diesel truck there working on it but they haven't made it up there with Cummins for the dodge and the Duramax, ford makes a nice looking truck ill give em that. secondly, and correction the Duramax is manufactured in Moraine, Ohio, by DMAX Ltd. which is in the U.S last time i checked not "japan".... Thirdly, everyone knowledgeable person knows that Chevy is owned by GM and GM may have gotten a bailout from the government BUT! GM is also the largest automobile company in the entire world! way bigger then Chrysler and "ford" Fourthly, every 6.6L Duramax engine is run on a dyno before it ever goes in a truck
